Patton Oswald Interview in GQ

One of my favorite comedians that I've recently (over the past few years) actually discovered the genius of was interviewed in GQ's blog "The Verge".....

In one way or another we all have probably witnessed a bit of his genius (rumor has it he's getting a lot of work as a writer) so here's a little treat. The link to the interview after the jump.

The Making of Jay-Z’s “Run This Town” (feat. Kanye West & Rihanna)

I'm not sure what all of the promo and teasers are surrounding this video is all about but I swear, if this shit doesn't drop in the next few days it had better be one of his greatest videos ever!! LOL I'm just being impatient... Either way I'm still bumping the track CRAZY!!!

Young Jeezy Tlaks With Sway About Upcoming "Thug Motivation 103"

"The Recession" went hard, but it didn't hold up to the standard he set with the "Thug Motivation" series....

But if he comes back making shit like what's below, I'll buy ANOTHER Jeezy CD!!

Kid Cudi & Keri Hilson On The Cover of the Next Complex Magazine

Tey went HARD for it's 5th Annual "Style & Design" Issue.

Kid Cudi's artist was graf artist Augor. The video segment was ill as fuck and I can't wait for the issue to drop.

I think Keri's GORGEOUS, but I'm not fully sold on her versatility (style, music, and beauty) yet. She's kind of one-dimensional to me.... But on the other hand, my boy SoMe did the artwork for her spread (Noted for his work on Kanye's "Good Life", Justice's "D.A.N.C.E.", and Kid Cudi's "Day'N'Nite" among others)

Here's Keri's spread. Just follow the link.

The issue also features stories on Kaws, Where The Wild Things Are, Amber Rose and more. so don't slip up and miss out cuz inspiration will come once again and they're definitely stepping up the standard with the art this issue.

Style Sages: Domenico "Mimmo" Spano

As Saks Fifth Avenue's suiting guru, Mimmo Spano knows a thing or two about enduring style. As for fashion? Well, he likes that about as much as he likes casual Fridays. Here's what he has to say:

Fashion? It changes.... Style? It never changes.

Too Short Reminices About UGK

I kinda wanna be like Bun B- in reference to his status of fame. People know the name, he has a HUGE cult-like following (UGK overall), but he can walk and cop cigars without being hassled.

Mainstream success, but an underground icon. Legendary shit.

88 Keys X Cliff Skighwalker Interview

After the 88-Keys in-store at Burn Rubber Sneaker Boutique over the weekend, I got a chance to chop it up with 88 and talk to him mostly about his experience on The Great Hangover tour so far, as well as if he really gets along with the other artists on the tour. I definitely place 88-Keys in the category of not only being super talented, but very cool, humble, and very far from acting Hollywood.

The Paxtons: Wise Words from Vic Lloyd & Hollywood Holt

Vic Lloyd said "If you leave a part... And your shirt is still on. That wasn't a good party...." and I can vouch for that for sure.... Y'all already know I go IN at parties!!! Shout out to LDRS 1345 too...

When Jay Z speaks.... I listen.

Hunter Parrish (from "Weeds") shoot for GQ

On Weeds, Hunter Parrish plays Mary-Louise Parker’s oldest son Silas, an attention-deprived kid who follows his mom into the cultivation business, beds desperate housewives and has the kind of unblemished good looks that exist only in the safety of television. In real life, the 21-year-old actor has never smoked pot, dates girls his own age, and has the vocal chops to moonlight in Broadway musicals. As the fifth season of Weeds takes off, we attempt to draw Parrish out of his notoriously nice shell...... (Follow link to continue to read interview)

Time Magazine's 10 Questions: Hugh Hefner

Hugh Hefner, the 82-year-old founder of Playboy, the world's most famous nudie magazine, celebrated his company's 55th anniversary in December... I feel like he's lived forever LOL... And though his days are probably numbered, I pray right now that God give him eternal life on Earth *Bows head*.... Dude gets SOOO much ass!!! LOL

(P.S.: I hope I'm not the only one who laughs when Lisa Pearl's name is said)

"It's easier to deal with several girlfriends than one wife"~ Hugh Hefner... GENIUS!!
