I wish you all a lovely weekend and here are Complex's TV Picks of the Day along with a special treat in honor of February- the month that holds claim to Valentine's Day and Black History Month- for the lovers out there.

"A Blues For Nina" off of Love Jones- the greatest African-American romance film ever.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BASQUIAT!!!

He would've been 48 years old... R.I.P.

(And now... A brief bio via wikipedia...)

Jean-Michel Basquiat (December 22, 1960 – August 12, 1988) was an American artist. He gained popularity first as a graffiti artist in New York City, and then as a successful 1980s-era Neo-expressionist artist. Basquiat's paintings continue to influence modern day artists and command high prices.
